Mailer Setup Instructions

Here’s how to get your Team mailer setup.

Terms! This mailer is free for my personally sponsored so it is to only be use to promote this business. If you want one to promote any business you can order it here at a discount. (Basically I don’t want people to join me and get the mailer free and never promote the business you joined me in)

My new motto for the new year will be to watch my video! I know a lot of us have different computer skills so to save time and energy im creating how to videos for almost everything I do. So if you need to know how to do something  (that I made a video for) I can say Watch my video!  This will allow me to focus on building business plus with videos you can learn at your own pace. One thing to remember. It’s a video! You can play it, pause it and repeat it over again until you get it! I’m implementing it now. It’s no different than me telling a person over the phone and taking 15- 20 minutes to do it. As you may know doing that 50 times a day can be draining. It’s actually even better this way. I’m getting old now (just hit 30…lol) so I can’t do the 14 hour days any more.

FAQ:

Q: I can’t do this can you do it for me?

Yes I charge $35 a month to manage it for team members and send everyday for you (may not be this low if the team keeps growing as fast as it is).  I’ll need your company login to see the results or just let me know if your not getting results. I may need to tweak a few things. It’s 59.95 a month for non team members or for another business.

Q: I got an error message at the bottom of the mailer.

A: Simply reload and start again. You may need to delete your cookies.

Q: My mailer keeps stopping?

If your on a DSL or a wireless connection your signal may be low therefore causing the mailer to lose connection with the host. That will cause the mailer to stop. It’s not a mailer issue it’s a slow internet issue/or weak signal. It also works best if you use firefox. Get it free here. (works just like internet explorer but better). You’ll need it your a marketer now!

Q: I can’t remember my mailer url.

A:  Contact the hosting company or simply click here  Login and it will be listed there. or click forgot password and your login info will be mailed to you.

Q: What should the Delay be set to?

A: Any number between 15 and 20.

Q: How many emails can I send a day?

The host limit is 500 emails an hour. So stay lower than 480 or they will suspend your mailer account. Send different amounts. You don’t want to send 480 an hour non stop.

Q: How Can I get Extra Leads?

If you need extra leads you can get them here. Or Google MLM leads or genealogy leads (those are the best ) and buy the biggest list you can find and then you can give them as a bonus to your team.

Q: I want to send more emails?

Get a second mailer, 3rd, 4th, 5th if you can handle it. Just get the hosting and domain from the link above. Keep the accounts separate. Use a different email address. (remember its just for the business you joined me in)

Q: I’m not getting any response?

Change your email ad, Subject and from email address. All those things count.

Q: How do I make an email you@mydomainname.com?

A: login to the hosting area and click on cpanel login you will see a button that says email. You can create them on that page.

Q: Why can’t I just use my yahoo email or gmail as the from email?

More emails will get blocked that way. It’s best if you use an email address of the domain that the mail is coming from.

Q: I think my emails are getting blocked.

Do a blacklist check here. Watch this video. If it is blacklisted contact the hosting company and order a deticated IP address. ($3 extra a month)

Q: I Want to 30,000 a day like you do?

Q: My account got suspended what do I do now?

Get another one! Use a different email address. Or check back for another host. I’ll add more soon.

Q: I dont have excel. How can I split my leads?

Not sure!  Youtube  it you may find someone with an answer. ( or find a friend with a CD)

Q: What format do the leads need to be in?

Email, firstname, lastname, phone and so on… (only the email and firstname are required to be in the excel files) The file should be saved as an excel .csv format (Comma Separated Value).

You Need Traffic For Your Blog, Here’s How To Do It!

For those who blog, or write in online journals, keeping track of visitors can be a great way to see who visits a particular blog. There are many ways to keep track of blog readers when you blog. Blog hit counters; visitor tracking, referrers and keywords all can help you know if someone has visited your blog.

When you set up your blog, you will probably have already decided on the type of blog you will keep. Some web blog hosting sites will offer there service for free, but have a minimum of features. Other blog sites might cost, but will offer bloggers services to keep track of visitors. There are many reasons to track the visitors that read your blog. Understanding who visits you blog will help you know what your readers are looking for. Successful blogging starts with interested writing and will appeal to your readers. Another reason you might want to keep track of the visitors that come to your site is to increase traffic. This is especially important for blogs that are for companies. Companies can use their blog for inexpensive advertising. Knowing who visits the blog site will help a company understand if they are reaching their target audience for their services or products.

A blog hit counter is one way to keep track of the amount of visitors that read your blog. Blog hit counters are usually small boxes at the very end of a web page that updates a number every time your site is hit. Some blog hit counters can give site owners site statistics, reports and graphs to illustrate blog activity. These counters can also show you where your readers are finding your site. If your blog hosting site does not offer a blog hit counter feature, one can easily be downloaded or added to your page from another site. There are many free sites that offer counters for blog pages. Blog writers can register on the hit counter site, download and install directly into the blog template. This will give an accurate count of how many visitors you have to your blog. Keyword trackers are ideal for those who need to know what keywords people are using to locate a blog. This could be important for businesses that need to reach potential consumers. A good keyword tracker can also help you organize your blog site to determine which keywords are most popular with readers. It can also help get your site listed on search engines. Keyword trackers can be downloaded for free in many cases. If your site relies heavily on readers, then a keyword tracker could be a good choice.

A visitor tracker works much the same way as a keyword tracker. The difference, however, is that a visitor tracker will provide you with information statistics about your blog visitors. Usually, this information is given in easy to understand graphs and tables. If you need to see where your visitors are coming from, then a visitor tracker can be quite beneficial. It is a little more sophisticated than a hit counter, but works about the same way. When a visitor enters your blog site, their information is saved onto the visitor tracker. When you are ready, you can log in and see exactly who your visitors are. Many times not only are you able to see the statistics on your readers, but you can also see reports for current visitors and those that have visited the site in the past.

One other way that a blog writer can keep track of their readers is to include a comment section at the end of your blog page. Not all visitors will want to leave a comment, but this is a good way to gain feedback about your site. You will better understand the type of readers that frequent your site, but also understand the kind of content that they want to read.
